Step 1: Free Intake
It takes about 30 minutes, and during that time we will discuss about you, your medical history, your goals and your expectations.
Step 2: Fitness assessement
During this meeting I will check your posture to understand if there are any postural dysfunctions. Also, I will test your joints mobility, muscles flexibility, core stability and cardiovascular endurance.
Based on all these informations, I will customize your training plan.
