I have been passionate about exercise ever since childhood, and once I had my first contact with fitness and the gym environment, that passion became a lifestyle.
As I wanted to learn more about how to best develop motor skills and to get a better understanding of the biomechanics behind that, I decided to pursue a bachelor’s in Kinesiotherapy.
With an experience of over 10 years in the field, I have never stopped learning and working on becoming a better trainer. With that in mind, I have participated in multiple courses, workshops, and conventions and worked with different specialists in the field.
I strongly believe that exercise and a healthy diet are some of the key elements of a healthy lifestyle, and that is something I have promoted in every event that I have been a part of, both as an organizer and as a guest.
2018 MEN’S HEALTH NEXT TOP TRAINER
In 2018, I participated and won the “Next Top Trainer” competition organized by Men’s Health magazine. This was a great reminder that when you combine professionalism with dedication and passion, great results will follow.
